Green has practiced criminal defense and family law in Vero Beach, Florida since 1975.  Andrew B. Metcalf joined the firm in 1997 having previously prosecuted criminal cases in Collier County, Florida.  Mr. Metcalf was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida.

Norman A. Green

Norman A. Green is the founder and partner of Green & Metcalf, PA. He is a trial attorney with over forty years of experience in domestic relations, criminal defense and personal injury matters.

Mr. Green received his B.S. Degree in Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 1965 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburg School of Law in 1969.

Mr. Green is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and also admitted to practice law in Colorado. He is a Founding Director and Life Member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers having served on it board for twenty years. Mr. Green Gained his initial trial experience by serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and as an Assistant State Attorney in Vero Beach, Florida. He has been serving the citizens of Indian River County, Florida since 1975.

Andrew B. Metcalf

Andrew B. Metcalf Recieved his B.S. Degree in social Science Education from the University of South Florida in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1996.

He served as an Assistant State Attorney in Collier County, Florida and in 1997 began practicing criminal defense with what is now Green & Metcalf, P.A..

In 1997, Mr. Metcalf joined the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was elected President of the Indian River County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 2000 and served in that capacity until 2008.

In 2008,Mr.Metcalf was elected as one of only twelve lawyers in the State of Florida to serve as Director at Large to the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a designated "Life Member" of the organization.

In 2010, Mr. Metcalf was elected President of the Indian River County Bar Association having served on its Board of Directors for the last seven years.

Mr. Metcalf has appeared before the Supreme Court of Florida at the appellate level and has provided trial representation in cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Murder. He is also a contributing author to the Florida Defender, a statewide publication for criminal defense attorneys.

Currently, Mr. Metcalf is litigating cases involving the forced blood draw of citizens arrested for Driving Under the Influence as well a variety of other misdemeanor, felony and major felony cases.
